For over two decades, Max has been a conscientious social entrepreneur, technology visionary and business leader. He has founded, built and successfully exited multiple companies in his career. Max holds a strong belief in using technology and education, allowing affordable options to empower economically independent individuals who in return contribute to the improvement of his or her community. The companies he has founded have been based on traditional business principles, but with a keen eye towards enterprises that have a positive social impact. Max is dedicated to changing the world one card at a time.
Co-Founder & President
Mark is former Vice President and Chief System Architect for Visa, Inc. He is a sought after solutions architect in the payments industry, with a distinguished 22 year career at Visa, Inc. Mark has spent the last three decades building large scale, high-availability, high-performance, secure processing platforms. Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
A former Vice President of Visa Inc., charged with turning business requirements into pragmatic technical implementations across a diverse mix of organizations. While at Visa, Patrick managed numerous applications which interacted directly with millions of consumers. Additionally, he managed Visa’s research and development group, which resulted in a number of successful new services being introduced to the market.
Chief Technology Officer
Chito is a key reason over 2 billion people can instantly pay with a Visa card. As Chief System Architect at Visa, Inc., he designed the communications system at the heart of VisaNet — a worldwide network of shops, ATM’s, banks and websites that handles 130 million payments every day. After leaving Visa, he served as Director for Enterprise Mobile Development at Sabre, the company behind the online travel agency Travelocity and CTO of Motivity Labs, a software development company.
VP Sales and Partner Development
Daniel is an acclaimed veteran in escalating company growth by sourcing, securing and optimizing high-impact, high-profit strategic partnerships. He has successfully executed major strategic partnerships with numerous F500 companies in technology, finance and media most recently as VP of Strategic Partnerships for Trov, Inc. Daniel’s initiatives have laid the foundation for company valuation, user acquisition, user experience and revenues. Daniel is also a gifted team leader having led partner development and sales organizations at fast growth companies for the last twelve years.
Chief Strategy & IP Officer
Gary is the former Head of Intellectual Property, Product Strategy and Relationship Management at Visa. He built and managed the global Visa IP program where he was responsible for evaluating all new payment technologies and platforms. Gary has spent his entire career working with small and large businesses to capture and develop new technologies across nearly all technology and industry segments, more recently focusing on payments and financial services.
VP Finance and Corporate Controller
Chee is a senior leader with 20 years experience in finance, IT investment, and venture capital. His extensive and diversified career ranges from startup company in enterprise software, venture capital, to large payment industry with Visa. For more than a decade at Visa, he helped manage the 9 figure IT capital budget that contributed to the success of VisaNet today.
VP Product Deployment & Management
Eric has been deploying critical infrastructure and applications since 1995 when he started working in the field of what were then the emerging technologies of Ethernet and Internet Protocol. Since that time he has been involved in a number of firsts with systems deployed in financial services (including at VISA) and telecommunications worldwide and secure wireless technologies in the US DoD. He also remains actively engaged in cyber-security, and the evolving field of the Internet of Things.

He serves as a Director of FINCA International Inc. the world’s largest micro lending organization.

David Farca is president of ToH Design Studio that operates in six cities in Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. A successful entrepreneur and social leader, David was recently appointed President of the Arizona-Mexico Commission Board of Directors by Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey. David has led and served on many community boards including the Arizona Super Bowl XLIX Host Committee, The American Heart Association, the Barrow Neurological Foundation, and many more.
